When Billy was young his brother and father were Civil War enthousiasts.
They would visits battle grounds and museums.
Billy however was enchanted by the hoop dresses the ladies wore in these days.
Instead of playing with the hotwheels cars he secretly made his own dress with the race tracks.
Waiting for being alone.
